World of Goo for iPhone App Reviews

Once I get to the information highway I have to eventually go to the world of goo corporation stage in order to advance, it always crashes there

This game does not translate well to the screen size of the iPhone. Im sure if I had an iPad it would be much easier to play but currently the game leaves much to be desired. It can be difficult to determine where a connection can be formed with other goo simply because my finger obscures parts of the screen. The goo moves around on the structures in a unpredictable manner that means 1/2 the time I end up whipping the camera around instead of picking up and dragging a goo where I want it to be. Its easy to zoom in an remedy some of this but to do so sacrifices the ability to see exactly where your objective is, which means your building blindly in a game where building strategy is the most important thing. I remember this game coming out on the PC on steam to some critical acclaim. Im sure it plays much better on a computer or iPad, but steer clear if youre using an iPhone. Maybe the iPhone 5 has some better luck. Something that might remedy this for taller puzzles is allowing portrait orientation? On the height puzzles I feel like this would be very beneficial.

Please optimize this for the iPhone 5s larger screen size!!! Its really bothersome that a perfect game isnt optimized!!! I will give 5 stars for the optimization

Wonderful play. Just challenging enough to make it perfect....world of goo 2? I hope so. I hear fans are making a world of goo 2. Back to the game. Perfect format, no bugs and was amazing. At the end I almost started crying. It was sad then funny at the same time. I thought they were gone forever. I love the goo balls and I hope you do too...MUST BUY my favorite game in the App Store I LOVE IT!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Still the best game on the App Store. Ive downloaded it years ago. Back when I had the ipod 4. I now have the ipod 5. Would be nice if the game filled my screen up. When is a sequel coming out? Hurry up!

I jad this game on the wii and loved it so i figured i would try on my ipod. It was great. But when i beat it got the blimp and i froze and wouldnt let me play it any more.

Stop complaining that you cant see the goo balls. Use a iPhone compatible touch stylus and it works just fine. :3 the stylus is worth it as it also enhances gameplay on drawing apps. Now, for the review. I played this game on the PC before, and I adore the music and the beautiful graphics. I just downloaded this one but havent played it yet, but from what Ive heard it will be epic!!!! :D

World of goo is a great game but I want some more gameplay i finished it and I think that it would be great if there were more levels maybe some dlc

Not only is this the perfect port of a perfect game, it actually adds a very small amount of new content. Not saying where, beat the game first. And youd better beat the game, one of my first games AND the only one to make me cry. So if you arent going to play this... Well, go back to angry birds, but you are missing out on something special.
